    What should I expect on my first visit?

        You should arrive 10 minutes early in order to fill out the Intake and Consent form. Bring any of the following documentation you may have: Referral, List of Medications, Extended Health Coverage information (i.e. insurance benefit card), Diagnostic Imaging (e.g. X-Ray, MRI, etc.) Your first visit will take approximately one hour.

    How long should I expect to need treatment?

        The length of time you can expect to receive treatment will vary depending on the type/severity of injury, the person and their lifestyle. After your assessment, the physiotherapist will be able to give you recommendations about the frequency of appointments and duration of treatment. The physiotherapist will work with you to relieve pain, restore function and attain your goals. Your active participation in the treatment plan will help sustain improvement and prevent future injuries.

    Is this service covered by OHIP?

        Our clinics are not OHIP covered. We accept payment directly from you or your insurance company (Extended Health Benefits).

    How much will my appointment cost?

        The cost of each appointment will depend on the type of service you are receiving. Our front desk staff will inform you of treatment costs when booking.

    Do I need a doctor’s referral?

        No, our clinic does not require a referral in order for you to be treated. However, some Extended Health plans require a referral in order for your treatment to be covered. Please check your individual plan/policy details.
